Content: Any artwork, image, or visual material uploaded or submitted by users, which may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.

2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform:

• In accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws

You must not:
• Upload or use content you do not own or have rights to
• Upload or display adult, explicit, or illegal content
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
• Use the Platform for harassment, abuse, impersonation, or unlawful activities

3. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership at all times of any images or artwork you upload or visualize through the Platform, provided they comply with the conditions outlined in Section 4 – Image Usage and Responsibility.
Currently, decorar.space does not store user content on its servers. However, in the future, we may enable the option for users to upload images to our global database, allowing artworks to be viewed by the entire decorar.space community.
If this option becomes available, decorar.space will explicitly request your authorization before using your content in any way. With your express consent, you may grant decorar.space a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use your submitted content within the application and in promotional materials, solely for the purpose of showcasing or testing the AR platform.
You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
All other content, code, design, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

• These images remain local to your device and browser, and are not uploaded to our servers.
• We do not moderate or review any content unless explicitly uploaded to our database in the future.
In the future, when we enable the option to upload images or artwork to our database (e.g., for global galleries or community features), we will request your explicit consent and apply content moderation accordingly.
By uploading or using any image with the Platform—whether locally or through future uploads—you confirm that:
• You own the rights to the content, or
• You have received explicit permission from the copyright holder to use, display, and share it
